Years later, in 2014, she completed her fellowship in hematology and oncology at the University of Tennessee Health Sciences Center.
With a special interest in research, Dr. Ogbata’s findings have been part of national and international hematology and oncology meetings and also published in several peer-reviewed journals. Her research in lung cancer earned her a Merit Award from the American Society of Clinical Oncology in 2012.
