Elfreda Desvignes proudly announces her candidacy on her 50th birthday today, for the 2022 Primaries, for Georgia U.S. House of Representatives in District 7th.

Elfreda Desvignes have devoted much of her adulthood to her passion of providing jobs by volunteering with the Atlanta and Cobb Georgia Department of Labor, hosting and volunteering at job fairs, even going as far as starting her own property management training company to help members of the community into the career path. Volunteering has always been a passion of Elfreda, and, as a single mother, she has instilled the same values in her three children. 

Elfreda Desvignes has volunteered with the Hosea Feed the Hungry and Homeless in Atlanta, the Cobb & Douglas Public Health Department’s Back to School Bash, and Osborne High School Modeling Program located in Marietta, Georgia. 

Elfreda Desvignes attended several training sessions in Washington DC, earned certifications in Fair Housing, Speech Writing Training, Public Speaking Training, Future Candidate Training, and attended a White House Policy Briefing in 2019 with Trump Administration.  

During Elfreda Desvignes 23 years of living in Georgia, she started a career in property management where she has seen a lot of poverty and crime. Elfreda Desvignes have hugged many of her residents after yet another drive-by shooting in her apartment community.

Elfreda Desvignes is running for US House District… because she has had to hug too many grieving and scared residents whose babies are dying inside of their apartments, by someone driving by, and shooting right into their apartment. When you send her to Congress, she will end this unprecedented rise in crime. Elfreda Desvignes will make this a number one priority because Elfreda Desvignes don’t want to hug anymore crying parents.
