She is currently providing outstanding services as a Subject Matter Expert for women’s health service needs at the Los Angeles County Department of Health Services, which she joined in 2013. The Los Angeles County Department of Health Services operates the public hospitals and clinics in Los Angeles County, and is the United States’ second largest municipal health system, after NYC Health + Hospitals.
In addition to her work with the Los Angeles County Department of Health Services, Dr. Chen is affiliated with The Martin Luther King Jr. Outpatient Center in Los Angeles, California, and Harbor UCLA Medical Center in Torrance, California.

She also received board certification in obstetrics and gynecology from the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and maintains active professional society memberships with the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, the American Medical Association, and the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists.
