Originally from New York City, Waldemar graduated from Murry Bergtraum High School in 2003, and then went on to earn an Associate of Applied Science degree in Travel and Tourism from LaGuardia Community College in 2005. He continued his education by earning a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from CUNY–New York City College of Technology in 2007.

For the past several years, Waldemar has worked in various facets of real estate. He was a realtor at eXp Realty (May 2022-January 2023) and an assistant property manager at Forest Properties Management (August 2014-December 2022). 

Since October 2022, he has been serving as the Owner/CEO/President of Waldy’s Multiservices, LLC. Through his business, he helps clients in the real estate, notary public, home remodeling, and renovation niches, and is able to acquire 5-20 leads for their business every month.

Waldemar’s success is attributed to his hard-working attitude and having a great team of mentors to guide him.
