Microsoft Announces The Availability Of Three Games At Absolutely Free For The Xbox Live Gold Members

Good news for fans – Microsoft is set to make some games free for the subscribers from 14th February to 16th February. Super Monkey Ball: Banana Blitz,NBA 2K20, Sonic Mania are free to play this weekend for Xbox Live Gold members.

Launched on the platforms of PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC, and Nintendo Switch last fall, NBA 2K20 has done tremendous business in the USA, becoming the top-selling game of the country for the last year, outnumbering the previous champion Mortal Kombat 11.

At this moment, the game is available for a heavy discount; the standard edition is available at 67% off, at below $20. Recently, Microsoft published the description of the game and as mentioned by the company, it will be free for only this weekend – ‘Play as Team LeBron or Team Giannis, check out All-Star and premium apparel in the Neighborhood, or collect All-Star themed cards in MyTeam. With best in class graphics and gameplay, groundbreaking game modes, and unparalleled player control and customization, NBA 2K20 is the closest thing to actually playing in the league. Made available in August 2017, Sonic Mania is a retro-themed side-scrolling game, which is quite similar to the first three entries on the Sega Genesis by the franchise. The game is now the best-reviewed Sonic title, receiving immense response from the audience.

Though the fans haven’t been able to witness any sequel of Sonic Mania, they did get an expansion of it through Sonic Mania Plus, offering various new ways of exploring the game. There were some visual changes introduced as well, and two new characters named Ray the Flying Squirrel and Mighty the Armadillo were also introduced.

For now, the game is available at half of its actual price, so the fans can purchase it at only $10.

The HD remastered game Super Monkey Ball: Banana Blitz was launched for Nintendo Wii in 2016 and just the like previous two games, this one also is available at a discounted rate. The current prices are 3/4th of its actual price.

These games are only made available for Xbox Live Gold members and will be available until 16th February, 11.59 pm. However, the fans can purchase it at the discounted rate after the end of the weekend as well.
