Glasgow Turned Into Gotham: The Batgirl Movie Making Is Going On Full Throttle
DC Films has started shooting for their highly anticipated movie Batgirl and turned the city, Glasgow, into Gotham. The city is taking a wintry dark essence with production going at full scale.
The scene dressers are working hard to create Gotham’s look by erecting shop fronts, positioning the cop cars, and wrecks around the city. There are also Batman murals and lots of graffiti painted on the walls to churn out the chaotic situation.
Bringing the fictional universe into life, the citizens of Glasgow are quite happy with the shooting going on and social media is flooding with posts.
The film is centered on the main character Barbara Gordon who is going to be the Batgirl of Gotham. The character is played by Leslie Grace who is winning the hearts of the audience already.
Michael Keaton is going to play the character of Batman and the fans can’t wait to see it on a big screen. JK Simmons will be playing the role of Commissioner James Gordon along with Brendan Fraser featuring as the villain, Firefly.
The movie is all set to release soon in 2022.
