She is a member of the Cataract and Primary Eye Care Service at Wills Eye Hospital where she teaches trainees the medical and surgical techniques to treat a variety of ocular conditions.
In addition to Botox and other cosmetic procedures, she performs LASIK and PRK along with minimally invasive or microinvasive glaucoma surgeries (MIGS). Her specific interests are with advanced intraocular lenses such as those that correct for both near and far vision in addition to those that correct for astigmatism.
Among her other roles, Dr. Sieber is a member of Ophthalmic Associates in Lansdale, Pennsylvania & serves on faculty for Abington Lansdale Hospital and Thomas Jefferson University Hospital.

A physics major at Gettysburg College, it was there that Dr. Sieber became interested in optics and lasers. Dr. Sieber then completed her residency in ophthalmology at Wills Eye Hospital where she spent her last year elected Co-Chief Resident.
Passionate about her profession, the doctor is board-certified in ophthalmology by the American Board of Ophthalmology (ABO). The ABO is an independent, non-profit organization responsible for certifying ophthalmologists in the United States of America.
Among her professional affiliations, Dr. Sieber is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the Pennsylvania Academy of Ophthalmology, the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, and the American Medical Association.
