We are proud and excited to announce the Inaugural Behavioral Health Awards Gala will be held on March 25 at The Carolina Barn in Spring Lake, NC. At our black-tie awards gala we are awarding individuals across varying professions for their dedication and service to people with behavioral health needs.

Shannon Battle, founder of Family Services of America says “We are very ecstatic about this event because it’s geared towards focusing on behavioral/mental health professionals who put in the work to make sure behavioral/mental wellness is being addressed throughout our community. We want these professionals to know we appreciate their work. Post COVID-19 we saw many behavioral/mental health concerns that needed to be addressed in addition to exposing many disparities within the healthcare systems nationally and locally.

While we can’t recognize everyone, we are committed to annually recognizing a few professionals that have been committed to the profession of behavioral health services and their efforts to bridging the gap of mental health and communities. This black-tie inaugural gala will be a beautiful evening with live music, words from those impacted by the service of these professionals, and much more.”
